Cardiff City FC Foundation, supported by the FAW Trust run weekly South Wales PAN Disability centers (SWDDC) for gifted disabled players between the ages of 14 – 19. The sessions give player’s access to experienced coaches, high quality sessions and 6 – week assessments of all players. Players will then use the skills they have developed from these sessions to develop within their own club setting. The ultimate aim for players is to use the opportunities available in the SWDDC to progress onto the Welsh National Impairment Specific teams.

The SWDDC are looking for a volunteer to lead on weekly sessions and provide support for coaches and feedback to SWDDC manager within the Foundation. The lead will have the responsibility of coordinating the technical programme for the sessions as well as implementing interventions and producing assessments for players.
