Help is needed for a new tennis session for adults who are blind or partially sighted.
The sessions are supported by Cardiff Institute for the Blind and Tennis Wales and additional help is urgently needed to support the coaches delivering the sessions.

Tasks will include guiding participants within the venue, picking up tennis balls, and assisting with basic tennis rallies

Volunteers will need to have an enhanced DBS check or be willing to complete one with us.

A new opportunity has been added to Sports Hub Cardiff by Run 4 Wales, starts 25 March 2018

Previously known as the Cardiff Bay 5 Mile, the race is back by popular demand after a successful 2017 event. The race comprises of a stunning 10km course around Cardiff Bay as well as a 2km Family Fun Run and Runners village in Roald Dahl Plass.

Volunteers are going to be essential in making sure that race day is a huge success and you will be part of a team of amazing volunteers called ‘The Extra-Milers’ that will be ‘Making the Difference’ to ensure that runners and spectators alike have a great experience.

It really will be an amazing day and your support is really appreciated.
